Dahlia Tuber Sale Conditions

Tuber Size: tuber size or appearance is irrelevant to the size plant it will produce; however, we attempt to provide store quality tubers that we would appreciate receiving.

Quantity: one equals one tuber.

Visible Eyes: Some tubers may have visible eyes at the time of sale, while others might still be dormant. Eyes become easier to spot as temperatures warm up.

Bloom Variations: Bloom colors and shapes can vary slightly due to growing conditions, soil, and climate.

Shipping: Tubers are often shipped based on location and weather conditions to ensure they arrive at the right time for planting. We aim to ship by mid April weather dependent. Early shipping may be available by variety and seller will reach out and contact you if early shipping should become available. No international shipping available.

Storage: It's important to store tubers in a cool, dry place until you're ready to plant them. We cannot be held responsible for improper storage conditions. We are happy to help troubleshoot any storage related concerns you may have.

Order Changes: once your order is placed, no changes are allowed; unless to combine shipping at the discretion of the seller.

Substitutions: In cases where a specific variety has experienced crop or storage failure, the seller might offer a substitution of a similar variety.

Guarantees: We guarantee that our tubers are viable and true to the variety purchased; however seller must be notified within 5 days of any issue in order to provide a solution. Email: support@seed-stem.com

Limit of Liability: The maximum amount of damages shall not exceed the total cost of tubers purchased in the form of a full refund to original purchase method.
